What is a professional organiser?
A professional organiser creates customised solutions to assist people, businesses and organisations to improve their unique situations according to their specific requirements. Professional organisers help their clients to restore or create order, maximize time, space and efficiency and guide them through any organisational or transitional process.

How does a professional organiser work?
All sorted! Consulting will offer confidential, non-judgmental consulting and hands-on assistance to help our clients and their businesses to get better organised. We will work together but you are in control of the process. The advice offered by all sorted! Consulting is given in good faith; the decision to accept our guidance remains entirely with our clients. 

Why should I hire an organiser?
Sometimes we are so wrapped up in our ways of working that we can’t see the wood from the trees. We are overwhelmed when work gets on top of us and we can’t even begin to think how to change it. This is where an organiser can help to:

Organisers are available for follow-up appointments to aid our clients in maintaining and/or adjusting their newly created systems to make sure that they continually meet their needs.

Do you have a standard system of organising that I have to use?
No! Different people and different businesses need different solutions. We conduct an in-depth assessment when starting to work with our clients so we can determine together with them, what system and approach would work best.

Will I have to buy expensive products?
All sorted! Consulting is not selling any products nor are we bound to any particular retailer. The number and type of purchases recommended by us is very flexible and entirely depends on our client’s requirements. It might only be some new filing labels but it might also be office furniture that works for them and their job. However – we are creative and can certainly find a solution that sits with your budget.

How are confidentiality and privacy handled?
We are aware that as professional organisers we come into contact with a lot of confidential and sensitive information. Confidentiality and discretion are core values of our work. All information supplied will remain completely confidential and client details will not be disclosed to third party without consent of the client. We assure confidentiality and will sign a confidentiality agreement upon request.

How long will it take to become organised?
How long is a piece of string? The duration of the organising process will entirely depend on our client’s needs. All appointments will be made according to a mutually agreed schedule. Each appointment will be a minimum of two (2) hours. For comprehensive projects we can choose to work in longer blocks of time or multiple small sessions.
It is ultimately our client's decision as to how much time and energy they wish to devote on any given day to their project. By dedicating a particular time block, without any outside interruptions, the transition to organisational success will happen efficiently and in a timely fashion.

How do you charge for your services?
Our fees are based on a competitive hourly rate. There will be tremendous value and return for your investment when you have reached your organisational goal.
At least forty-eight (48) hours notice for cancellation of a scheduled appointment is required. Failure to keep any appointment without prior notification or failure to cancel an appointment within forty-eight (48) hours will result in a cancellation fee equal to two (2) hours consulting time.
An invoice will be presented at the conclusion of each session. Payment in full, either by cash or check, is required at that time.

How will I stop getting in a mess again?
We will help our clients by establishing systems which they find easy to maintain and which should prevent them to revert back to disorganisation. If however they feel that things are beginning to get out of control they can always contact us for a follow up consultation.
